T.C.Pfeiler was born on Jan.1,1958. He studied in Munich/Germany but friend and mentor, Jazz-organ pioneer Wild Bill Davis was his most important teacher. T.C. Pfeiler started out in his teenage years to play commercial dance music in the early 1970s.

From 1978, he had his own organ trio mostly with guitar and drums or sometimes with sax. Concerts mostly in clubs in Europe, at Jazz-festivals and gigs in the U.S.A.

1980, Europe tour with the Lionel Hampton Bigband and Wild Bill Davis for Hammond.

In the late 1980s, Wild Bill Davis and T.C. Pfeiler recorded a Live - LP .They played at the same time on two separate Hammond B3 organs !

Concerts, recordings and sessions around the world with countless top names of the international Jazz, Funk and Blues scene like Herb Ellis, Red Holloway, Frank Foster, Bill Elgart, Allan Praskin, Ken Peplowski, Wild Bill Davis, Jack Mc Duff, Maceo Parker, and most of the famous European musicians like Joe Nay, Carl Drewo, Harry Sokal, Joris Dudli, Michael Honzak, Peter Legat, Louie Austen among others. Broadcasts, TV shows, studio work as arranger, composer, producer (Jazz, jingles, videoclipsetc.).

T.C. Pfeiler composed more than 2.000! tunes. Such a high output of high quality music pushed him into the exclusive circle of the most productive national and international composers of all time!

Since 1978, T.C. Pfeiler played for some of "The Leading Hotels Of The World" ,hotel chains like Hilton or Marriott, and at the famous Hotel Post in Lech am Arlberg / Austria, the Hotel Oesterreichischer Hof (now Hotel Sacher), the Hotel Bristol, and the Schloss Klessheim in Salzburg,  the UNO City in Vienna and many others. During the last 30 years T.C. Pfeiler also performed on countless corporate events for international major companies like IBM, Chrysler, Volkswagen, Porsche, GoreTex, Carpe Diem (Red Bull) and more.

On the one hand, T.C. Pfeiler cultivates the tradition of the original Hammond Organ with Jazz and Blues, and on the other hand, he embraces the modern. There are Blues and Mainstream-Jazz oriented regular working trios and quartets, experimental duos and trios with organ and drums or with organ, sax and drums and T.C.Pfeiler´s incredible quintet and trio, "Jazzid Funk".

In 2003, the very successful new project "T.C. Pfeiler´s Hammond B3 Lounge" project for first class hotels,casinos and special event locations was established. T.C. Pfeiler´s Swinging Christmas Project was also established in 2003 with great success. T.C.´s long time partner, producer and promoter Miss Ulrike Muehlbachler is featured on drums on both projects.

April 10, 2008: T.C. Pfeiler was honored by the Austrian Federal Ministry for Education, the Arts and Culture with a Professor honoris causa title for his outstanding work as a leading Hammond Jazz organist since three decades plus the high output of more than 2.000 compositions.

August 2008: T.C. Pfeiler is active as Austria´s first international Hammond Jazz-organist since 30 years.
